Gracie Barra Long Island Family wants to congratulate Robby Plotkin for a three round decision. He showed excellent Striking and excellent Jiu-Jitsu against a tough wrestler in Aslyum Fight League in Atlantic City.

Professor Joe and Tom would like to thank all of our students and Professor Flavio Almeida for making this yet another successful seminar. Professor Flavio conducted a smooth and informative seminar. He began by demonstrating a few low single leg attacks he then transferred into some excellent counters off of the takedowns. He also showed a number of half-guard sweepings including some very nice deep half-guard sweeps. Thank you Professor Flavio and we hope to see you back soon.
