Advanced Program
Once a student has show proficiency in the beginner program and have met the time requirements they would then be eligible to upgrade into the advance program.  The advanced program builds on the principles and techniques of the fundamental program by focusing on combinations and smooth transitions from technique to technique with minimal effort and maximum leverage.  The advanced student now has the option to train in unlimited classes, the No-Gi classes and the Striking classes.

The No-Gi class is taught without the Gi or Kimono.  The basic techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu are still utilized when not wearing a Gi, but there are less handles and grips making controlling your opponent without the Gi an art within itself. The Striking class teaches you the basic fundamentals of striking to ensure that our students are well-rounded martial artists.

With a background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu our students who learn the striking arts will have the proper tools to understand and be able to participate in Mixed Martial Art (MMA) competitions.  Striking for mixed martial arts takes into account different principles which other arts do not put enough emphasis on. This class draws mainly from the most effective striking disciplines such as boxing, Thai-boxing, and kickboxing.
