Joe Scarola
Started training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu when he was 18 years old. He is the first black belt under UFC Competitor Matt Serra and Cage Fury Competitor Nick Serra. Professor is also part of the legendary Renzo Gracie team. He has trained w/ and is greatly influenced by many people. These include Renzo Gracie, Ricardo Almeida, Rodrigo Gracie, and especially Matt And Nick Serra. Professor Scarola has been competing in mma and jiujitsu competitions for about 10 years. Now it is his goal to use everything he has learned and gained from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and give it back to his students.

Tom Muller
Tom Muller started his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training in 1998 with Matt and Nick Serra. He received his Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from them in May 2006. His most notable wins in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions are winning the 2003 Pans Ams as a Purple belt and the No-Gi Pan-Ams in 2009 as a Black belt. He also has been training in boxing and kick-boxing under Ray Longo and Luke Cummo since 2001. He is currently undefeated in Mixed Martial Arts competition and holds two titles. His titles include the Ring of Combat Super-Heavyweight Championship and Sportfighting’s Heavyweight Championship. Here is a list of some of his other Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu accomplishments:

Chris Mendoza
Chris ” SHADY” Mendoza started training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu when he was 19 years old. He received his Purple Belt in 2003 under UFC Competitor Matt Serra and Cage Fury Competitor Nick Serra, and Joe Scarola. Chris is also part of the legendary Renzo Gracie team. He has trained w/ and is greatly influenced by many people. These include Joe Scarola, Tom Muller, Pete Sell, Luke Cummo, Rodrigo Gracie, and especially Matt And Nick Serra. In December of ‘09 Chris received his Brown Belt under Professor Joe Scarola, and Tom Muller. Here are a list of his accophisments:
