First we would like to congratulate Jack “Attack” Stern for recently being promoted to the rank of blue belt. Jack has put in the time and especially the hard work to desire his new rank. We would also like to congratulate Ron Giarraffa for receiving his blue belt. Ron has been around Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since in first came to Long Island during the days of Rodrigo Gracie’s Valley Stream Academy.  The third student to receive his blue belt was Matt Massaria.  Matt has been training for just under a year and has progressed in leaps and bounds during that duration.  We would like to congratulate all the new blue belts and keep up the hard work.  See you on the matt soon.
