Attention Gracie Barra Students, Due to The Kids Halloween Party on Friday, October 28, 2011 there will be NO Competition Class. There will how ever be the Fundamentals Class at 6pm – 7pm. So blue, purple, and brown belts are welcome to come down and brush up on your basics. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will have regularly schedule Competition Class next Friday.

Big wins For Gracie Barra Long Island Students

Congratulations To Jessica Eve Richer For once again taking home 2 gold medals at the no-gi pan ams. She won her division, and then also won the absolute. We look foward to her mma title fight!!!

Congratulations to Errol Murphy on his kickboxing win!! He made his debut on the same day as the no-gi pan ams.

Attention Gracie Barra Family, its that time once again!!! It’s BBQ TIME!!!! We are having our 2nd Annual BBQ on Sunday October 2, 2011.It will be at Wantagh State Park. Start time will be from 10am-6pm. It will be BRING YOUR OWN COOLER!!!! (B.Y.O.C) Foods,drinks,ETC.. They have a baseball field, tennis court, fishing and much more.
