Competition Team for LI Pride!!!!!

Attention Gracie Barra Students Professor Joe, and Tom are putting together a competition team for March 5,2011 for Long Island Pride tournament. The requirements to compete is that you have to be a 3 stripe white belt or higher, and you are required to participate in the competition class on Friday night at 7pm. You are also required to go to at least 2 other classes throughout the week. Professor Joe, and Tom want to have a huge showing for LI Pride, so guys if you want to compete please let Professor Joe, Tom,or Coach Chris know. Hope to see you guy compete….
