Both Academies are Closed for 4th of July Weekend…

Due to 4th of July ending up on a Sunday most people have moved their celebrations to Saturday, therefore we will be closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Anyone that attends the Invite sparring sessions please email me if you are interested in sparring Monday night. If we have enough people Professor Muller will have a sparring session and an open mat on Monday night. All of us from Gracie Barra Long Island would like to wish everyone a happy and safe holiday. We will see you on the mat soon.
