We are pleased to announce that Flavio Almeida will be returning to Gracie Barra Long Island for another seminar.  The seminar will be held in the New Hyde Park Academy on February 25th from 7-9pm.  The cost for the seminar will be $60 per person and you can sign up at either academy and payment can be made in either cash or credit card.  We are urging all students to try and make this seminar and show your support for the Gracie Barra Team.  Thanks and if you have any questions please contact Professor Joe or Tom.
