Holiday Schedule!

We are closed on Thanksgiving (11/26/09) so all classes are canceled in both Academies. On Friday (11/27/09) we will have an open mat at the New Hyde Park Academy which will be from 12-2pm and at the Commack location we will have open mat from 7-9pm. These will be the only two classes that will be conducted on Friday. Students are welcome to go to either location depending on when they would like to train during the holidays. We would like to wish everyone a happy and safe holiday and we will see you on the mat soon.
