All classes in the New Hyde Park location are closed Saturday October 3, 2009 due to the No-Gi Pan-Ams in Manhattan. We will be conducting an open mat in Commack and all students are encouraged to come out if they would like to get some training in. If you would like to attend the tournament it is going to be in Manhattan this year. It is a great chance, especially if you place on competing in the future, to see how one of the top tournaments are run.
